Follow the steps >>> Unsuspend the account edit the template save the changes and later suspend it again. This should resolve the issue.

I try to check in browser by removing www & i got reseller default page

and edit the page as per your need.

/scripts/checksuspendpages through command prompt on the server.
Also if the account being suspended is not owned by root, the edit to the suspend page will not be displayed and instead remain default.
Try changing the ownership from a resale owner group to root through root WHM.

Well, I'm not sure if it has anything to do with but nothing harm in running /scripts/upcp --force
