What's your comments? I see a lot of good posts - however post of them are from a while back. How about your experiences now? Thanks!

No personal experience with them I can tell you about. However I do talk to the owner Wong on messenger seems like a really good guy.

We handled a client transfer to their service once, owners were polite and seemed very knowledgable.

wong is a good guy to talk to online. very helpful. I've been with him since the begining of the year, around February. There's been a couple of issues of cpanel security/upgrade flaws that I can remember. And some of the servers had some downtimes due to moves and such. But everything was communicated well, and given whatever heads up when it was possible. Thumbs up here. Linh

well.. they are nice but wong doesn't exactly know how to do business well and please his clients. I see his new plan promotions on the advertising board and i talk to him about upgrading me so I enjoy more bandwidth, and he tells me that the offer is only for new clients. Well just shows how much they value their own clients doesn't it

Yes it sure does. They want to remain profitable so they can provide the same quality you are used to. The special is for new clients only, nothing horrible about that. Try turning this same situation in any other industry and you will see the same response.

Well, I suppose if you they upgrade you when they change their plans, you might be downgraded when they downgrade theirs...

We would be more happily to upgrade your plan if we made it a permanent change just like how we did before when introduced XR reseller plans and allow clients to upgrade to it. However, the current WHT promo is meant for new clients who sign up during the period. Hope its clear for you now.
