There's been a couple of issues of cpanel security/upgrade flaws that I can remember. And some of the servers had some downtimes due to moves and such.
But everything was communicated well, and given whatever heads up when it was possible. Thumbs up here.

I see his new plan promotions on the advertising board and i talk to him about upgrading me so I enjoy more bandwidth, and he tells me that the offer is only for new clients. Well just shows how much they value their own clients doesn't it

The special is for new clients only, nothing horrible about that. Try turning this same situation in any other industry and you will see the same response.

However, the current WHT promo is meant for new clients who sign up during the period.
