i.e.
cName --> domain.com.

BTW, what error you receive on accessing the domain using www?

The server was transfered a week ago.

Here is the error i get :
www.xxxx.com is an alias for xxxx.com.
Nameserver trace for xxxx.com:
* Looking for who is responsible for root zone and followed c.root-servers.net.
* Looking for who is responsible for com and followed a.gtld-servers.net.
* Looking for who is responsible for xxxx.com and followed ns2.myserver.com.
Nameservers for xxxx.com:
* ns1.myserver.com
