These guys are very unprofessional... They dont resolves the issues and your support is ridiculous of so slow!!!
After a downtime of 2 weeks, its an absurd... I removed my accounts of their hands...
I created this post to prevent you my friends...

One host company that cost 79,95/month for one reseller account, doesn't have redundant links, its ridiculous!
And I had soh much problems with another technicals issues, their support is very slow, 7 to 24 hours for respond, and the answers never resolved the problems ...
They said that after their servers comes up, (four weeks ago), all customer will receive a email explanation and compensation, until now I don´t receive nothing...

I don't know of any datacenters in the UK that use BT as a provider, unless they run their own and use esatBT.
BT do have their own datacenters just for co-location, but i'm sure they wouldn't be running on just the lines that go through that tunnel.
