Hello everyone Have any of you used/use Frozenhosting.com for your host? We are currently debating whether or not to buy a reseller package from this company or not. Does anyone have anything good or bad to say about this company? Look at their reseller packages here, they are wonderfuly priced, and we are interested: http://www.frozenhosting.com/reseller.php Thank you, Nick

First off, bumps get you in trouble. Second, I used Frozenhosting.com in the past, and had a pretty good experience with them. The network is great (ThePlanet), and support is fast and helpful. The only bad thing I noticed was server load times. They would on a few occasions be around 4-17%, which caused cPanel, WHM, and the sites to load up very slowly. They do offer shell access, which was a huge plus, but it would really lag many times, especially when the server load was very high. In their credit, a big portion of the server loads was due to a customer running some bad scripts, and it cleared up for a while after they were removed. They did still creep up there, however. Maybe the problem was fully due to customer clients, and they will be taken care of. I would definitely go back if I had a need to, and I do highly recommend them.

miakeru, So for, the response from the Server Administrator has been out of this world. I instant messenged him, and he responded faster than I thought, as I went out to our pool house to grab another pack of soda, I felt embarrased because I wasn't there. :-D Nick J.

I personally think they're offering quite a bit of resources for the price, but it's not the worst I've ever seen. But I would be cautious. If they're overselling that might explain the high serverload, etc. Important to note though, I've never been a customer of theirs, so what I'm stating are just my observations/opinions/guesses.

That definitely could be a cause of it, but I did notice an increase in performance when one of the customers accounts was suspended, and he was in the #wht IRC channel asking about Apache process and CPU limiting. Best of luck.
