Hivelocity unresponsive?

Hello,
It appears (at least for me) that Hivelocity - http://www.hivelocity.net - is down and the website is unresponsive. I cannot ping it, nor can I complete a tracert:
Is anyone else having the same issue?
Additionally, my server is down with them at the moment ( I have not been able to establish what is going on with that, but it's not within the scope of this thread unless it's a network issue) so I would appreciate if anyone could update me on if it is just me experiencing issues.

Yes, we noticed 100% packet loss earlier for a brief period (less than a minute).
As of a few minutes ago it failed again (This time effecting everything) however has recovered now after roughly 4 minutes.

Hi Scott,
Thanks for the information. Unfortunately I'm still experiencing issues getting through to the website; I was in the middle of a support chat session so that's been cut off.
Series of unfortunate events for me today, server goes down, bought back up, server goes down, network goes down and now I cannot get to their support chat or ticket system.

All of our systems (14 to be exact) appear to have recovered their website however is so slow that it doesn't even load here.
We are however getting some serious packet loss.
So while it has recovered it may as well be down and as I say that it just went down again.

Everything is back to normal. We had a resource allocation issue with our router and had to give it a quick reload which resulted in roughly 3 minutes of network problems.
