not really sure wha you trying to do. Are you trying to bind differnt sites in IIS to different IP addresses? I would normally use hostheaders to do this sharing one IP

I think he uses the VPS as a remote desktop. A simple/easy way to do it: install a proxy for 2 IP's and choose the proxy in your browser(or use 3 browsers).

still confused dont really know what you are trying to do. Use a proxy? I guess you could add an entry in your lcoal hosts file to send requests for a certain IP to a domain name without it using dns to resolve - is this what you mean?

quirus, how do i do this? A simple/easy way to do it: install a proxy for 2 IP's and choose the proxy in your browser(or use 3 browsers). ok. here is what i am trying to do. i have a windows server with 3 Ip. i want to surf sites with all the 3 ip at different times. one way is change the Ip through the adapter settings.put a new ip and then surf. what is the best way to do this? another way would be installing diff proxy for each ip and using the proxy server but i dont know how to do this

Ahhh I think I understand now. I have seen ip config profile tools in the past. A little icon on the systray that allows you to select a profile. Google ip switcher or something like that

tried a few but none work with windows server 2008. i am also ok with installing 3 proxy servers but if someone can suggest a proxy server which can run multiple instances, even that is ok/

How about using powershell to script some ip address changes then just have a batch file for each on your desktop. Haven't done this before but should be fairly easy

You can set the sites IP in IIS to whatever you want whenever you want, just login and edit the sites properties.

dont even need powershell, brain obviously wasnt working last night. you can just create some batch files with the following netsh commands - check out this site http://www.petri.co.il/configuring-w...g-settings.htm if you are conencted via rdp you will have to reconenct with the new IP

these additioanl IP addresses, I trust they have the same subnet mask and default gateway - they are IP addresses which your provider has given you?
