Problems with Zeola Hosting

I had stuff hosted with Zeola for over a year. When I first started with them they were great, then they went down hill. There support is bad, they recently shut down a server and/or have problems and don't communicate with you of what it is, therefore I had clients down for 3 days and moved all to a new service. Still their old site is not available nor have Zeola web come back up. They are also know as ZDOT. Part of Shawn D. Beagle. Be carefull with this company. Anyone else have the same problem?
