Include Virtual Header...?
Posted by orama, 11-03-2003, 06:11 AM | Hi guys just moved a large site over to premierservers and I am trying to include a header at the top of pages....heres what I was using at the other server:
and a footer
header.html is in the same directory as the page calling it, but it is not showing
i have tryed to modify .htaccess using the directive text/x-server-parsed-html but the result was Page not found for all my site
my 2 sites with problem are
travelgr.com
athenstransfers.com
any idea on how to remedy this would be greatly appreciated.

Options +Includes
AddHandler server-parsed .html
AddHandler server-parsed .htm
If that doesn't work, you need to contact you host to enable ssi or turn on AllowOverrides for your domain. text/x-server-parsed-html is usually used with older versions of apache.
