Include Virtual Header...?

Hi guys just moved a large site over to premierservers and I am trying to include a header at the top of pages....heres what I was using at the other server: and a footer
header.html is in the same directory as the page calling it, but it is not showing i have tryed to modify .htaccess using the directive text/x-server-parsed-html but the result was Page not found for all my site my 2 sites with problem are travelgr.com athenstransfers.com any idea on how to remedy this would be greatly appreciated. Is there a reason you don't want to use php? or

I don't want to use php for www.travelgr.com because are a lot of pages that i have to rename or to change and i have no time for this

Well, what you have should work, providing your pages are shtml, otherwise it's possibile your host has not configured apache to allow server side includes.

Try this in your .htaccess file. Options +Includes AddHandler server-parsed .html AddHandler server-parsed .htm If that doesn't work, you need to contact you host to enable ssi or turn on AllowOverrides for your domain. text/x-server-parsed-html is usually used with older versions of apache.
