Folder Syncing Windows

Hey All, I have a simple question on keeping a single folder up2date from a master image. We ship out a PC running windows vista and use this PC as a jump box to gain access to the network (thin clients, server, switches etc.) this box also keeps the latest ISOs for any software. I find myself uploading new firmware isos to these pc every now and then but id like to have them just there checking once a week. Is there any aka free software that will allow me to have a golden image and say... 300+ clients connect to to pull any/all the files in there?? ideas i have are run a webserver with opendir and just have rsynce pull them via a batch file but having a hey this client didnt check in would be nice... Any ideas? Last edited by Jeremy; 10-15-2009 at 09:50 PM.

I use SyncBack for local syncing (Windows workstations and my home server). I know it has an FTP option but I've only used it on my local network so not sure of the limitation of the free version but it sounds like a possible option.

I will check it out. I found FullSync on sourceforge finding it easy to use... but it doesn't autostart on boot... even adding it to a task to kick off at boot doesn't work.
