Transferring sites from cPanel (WHM) to Plesk 9.0

Can anyone suggest the best way to transfer sites (including files and databases) from a cPanel server to a Plesk 9.0 server? Is there anything out these to automate this? If not, whats the fastest way? I have about 90 sites I need to transfer.

We have never been able to use the migration manager in our past moves. After tinkering for an hour or so, we usually give up and move sites over manually. Email is especially difficult, however the FETCH command found in Horde is quite helpful. You may need to fetch before switching the domain name over.
