Ideal Hosting Package
| Posted by arly, 11-01-2003, 04:41 PM | | What are the IDEAL packages for a reseller account with 4GB disk space and 50 GB bandwidth? I would like to host as many clients as possible. Overselling is disabled on my account so I need to optimize packages. I will be selling packages only to local customers with a price that is a bit higher than those in UK and US based hosting companies.
Any suggestions is higly appreciated.

Normally people will calculate their cost per gb and add up a particular percentage on it.

When you deal with them face to face, you understand them more than any other established Internet web hosting companies do. When you know what kind of businesses they are running, big business or small business, etc, it will help you to determine which package would fit them the best.
You don;t want to pre-set whole bunch of packages and let your local customers choose them (they might not even understand what those are and maybe will never use the resources you give it to them). They like it better the other way that you help them to decide what is best for them.

At the moment, I am trying to put some new materials for my main site. These include hosting packages that I will be setting up from my WHM. This would allow prospective clients who are interested in only webspace and email hosting.
