Is BlueSqaure having issues?

I have a VPS on a server with SolarVPS, and the server is in the UK bluesquare datacenter. I can't access the bluesquare website, my VPS or another VPS I know is hosted their too.

We've got a single box in BS1 and its not responding and the tracker system is a bit messed up. I saw them post a report about a bad switch in rack 22A then it all wandered off

I am with poundhost and their main site is down as is my server but the status site is up and reporting no issues, support line engaged. There is a problem somewhere.

Just done a quick check externally BS2 + BS3 are definitely up Two companies that use non-poundhost transit in BS1 are up and running Customers using poundhost/euroconnex/blueconnex transit in BS1 seems to be playing up but those using it in BS3 are fine (and I will assume Poundhost customers in BS2 as well)

We are in BS1 and are having connection problems. THE-Linx is up, but routers after that are unresponsive.

All this seems to make PH status page a bit of a waste of time as it is reporting all is fine when is very clear that all is not well?

Some servers in BS1 and BS2 were definitely unreachable, along with the main Poundhost & BlueSquare websites, but just now connectivity seems to have been restored to some locations.

Yup wasn't power though as uptime on a box there I've got is 43 days

Hello Carpman, The PH Status has a notices section which provide any updates on the service. I have spoken to our web developer in putting this onto the front page so the information is more direct. Services now are returning to normal. If you still have any issues please can you raise a support ticket. Regards Gareth

Hello, yes all is working fine now. Would be better to have the notice on front page plus info on what the issue so we can pass this on. People like to be kept informed.
