I think http://reseller-center.com does this but I am not sure about that. They run Hsphere software so I would assume that they offer the service.

TBH I don't think you will find many if anyone who does windows VDS's. We looked into it but the prices were so much that people might as well get a dedicated from rackshack with windows on. Rus

I do not know a single one yet. A few claim it, but it is nothing more the a virtual private file system instead and use of the already present resource restrictors inherit with Windows. I know SW-Soft is planning a 'true' Windows VDS release soon. However I will really be interested in this since it is propriatary software and you cannot customize the kernel to the degree you could with Linux. Also, I wonder how MS will treat the licensing. Do you think they would all their software to be chopped up into numerous little wondows boxes? I have my ideas about how things will be done, but will be real curious at the actual results.

I believe maximumasp does windows VDS, they are very good.

you need a license for the actual server (if its windows, you could vmware or whatever and use a linux host) and a license for each virtual server.
