vps4less.de down?

Mine was down from 2:08pm to 3:58pm (Eastern time, US) yesterday. Back up since then.

It's down third day already. And no response from Maurice. But I got billing invoice. Should I pay it? Damn annoying!

Got the same ! It makes me sick ! No there is no way to change your IP address in HyperVM. Other subnets works....

Have you tried to contact them via phone or fax? What about their tech support? Have you send a ticket regarding this?

From once so great service and supporters they became pretty lausy when in come to this. Lately each ticket need 3 days or so to get any response. My last ticked from yesterday still waiting reply.

The whole "you get what you pay for" ideal comes to mind. Just remember to always keep backups just in case.

The've blocked the IP address change option in HyperVM, so there is no way to fix it from client side. You can't even buy additional IP's.

Works. The've changed DC. We've got a new IP's Set new DNS in /etc/resolv.conf on your VPS. The old one isn't working.

Wov, after few days of ignorance, those amateurs finally answered me with: They took us down without warning, left us 4 days or more without any response and now they expect from me to pay bill for next month?

yupp same here, they should have changed the IPs after a day already as they realized they will never get them back anymore.. it is already the second IP-change in half a year btw.

And now... another annoying 3 days of waiting that someone open support ticket with new rdns settings request? (because their hyperVM console, as usually don't work properly) What a shame what those vps4less slackers made from once, not that far ago, so decent company...

Mine went down to. It's back up now, but when you send them a support ticket they mail you 2-3 days later.

Hmm, is anyone else getting a no_socket_connect_to_server [] error in hypervm and their vps is down? Because mine went back up this morning and went down again this afternoon.

Honestly, I don't know, but when I trying to delete old reverse DNS in console to make new, I got machine_doesnt_exist_in_db [193.28....] error and I can't do anything. Also as I predicted, rdns setup request ticket from yesterday when we got new IPs still unanswered, which means another lost day. And not even one word about being sorry or something... Spacedust: dns-resolvers never work that great on rented stuff - use your own testnick: why do you need a rdns for things to work again? do it my way: backup -> search another one

Hmm.. your question don't have much sense - it's like public question why I need vps at all, what's my usage, etc... don't you think? There's most likely some reason why I pay for it, a? Should we make discussion from this in "Outages and Updates" board section? But this isn't matter of discussion anyway, so kinda senseless to go further...

testnick: this was not a question about what you are running on your server - honestly I don't even care. this was a question about why you don't just be happy that your server is back online, make a backup and go to a new vps-provider as obviously you are NOT getting what you are paying for.. so who/what is senseless? but yes you are right, this was not about the outage it self, but just a personal question, I don't see any reason why I should not be able to do so on a public discussion board.

I don't represent any compani company, but private service usage. If you have any private related question about my usage, neeeds, etc.. feel free to use PM option and I try to answer you.. And about VPS2LESS.. as usually in those days still slacking without opening rdns support ticket from 2 days ago.. (will seriously reconsider to move from here asap)

unbelievable, after few days of downtime and new IPs (again) vps4less again with issues. Definitely the worst vps service I have.
