Hi I've used their services before, it was only for a short period (couple of weeks) but that wasn't because their service wasn't good, i moved on for other reasons. Uptime/server speed was good, only needed support once, my email was answered in 15 minutes and problem resolved

I am trying their hosting right now. They have a 2 weeks trial and and I'm on the first week. I'm very satisfied with the uptime and support. I think I'll stay with them. And if the upgrade in 2weeks will make my website faster, I'll move my reseller accounts to them.

I've been with them for about three weeks and the service is great. There was hardly any downtime, and when there was, they gave me emails to know what was up. There's always good correspondance, and now they've added Fantastico to the accounts! I've been with a lot of webhosts, but I sincerely think that they're the best I've ever been with.

ehh, their dedicated server is a bit pricy...

Posted by wheimeng, 09-13-2003, 12:42 AM
We are not focusing in dedicated server, at least not now. We are arranging a deal now to provide low cost dedicated server. Estimated timing would be within 1 month time. We would like to stress that we do not go into price slashing war to attain a new client. In fact, we are trying to offer outstanding service for the price that our clients paid for. We appreciate our client's valuable money and tend to meet our client's requirements or expectation, in fact most of the time we have exceeded client's expectation. This is where our strength lies in. Nevertheless, you will see some low cost dedicated hosting offer from us by end of September.

Greetings, I am currently using UltraUnix.net servcies (as a reseller). I can say I am very pleased to work with them. All minor non-standard requests are always granted, the responses are quick and senseful. What I like the most is the major criterion for all kind of the services: problems are solved quickly. Everyone runs into some kind of problems and what matters is how are they solved. UltraUnix.net now has its place in the list of hosting providers I recommend to other people. About myself: I am dealing with hosting-related issues since 1998 and has tried more than 50 different hosting providers. All the best, Konstantin

It is actually a one-man-show company. This guy does not have an office and support telephone. Worse still is that he does not know linux well. It simply depends on cpanel. Its server (he has only one server) has few single account clients only and there is no a single reseller there actually. Read those replies above, all have no email contacts. All are false statement. Becareful guys!

It's funny how all the previous posters have multiple posts and sound legit, while you on the other hand seem to be the one with the false statement. Have you personally used their services? If not it is against the rules to reply to this thread in that manner. Also a hosting company can be very successful without an actual office. Many hosting companies have "virtual" offices and do very well with that.

Hi ultrahosting, We do not know who you are, would you mind telling us if we have offended you? We would definitely make an apology if we did so although we never had this issue. We wouldn't care that you are denying the fact that our clients look upon us, however, you have sounded accusing us for "making all these testimonials". Look at your post, Total Newbie status. Probably you need to post more before coming back to accuse us. We have phone contact, probably you need to browse our website closely.

And that was ultrahosting's first post!

Posted by wheimeng, 09-19-2003, 12:34 AM
Well, clients speak for our service and it's the public to believe us or not. We will not comment on that anymore because we would rather spend more time with clients than argueing on such a false comment from ultrahosting.

Please don't imply that i'm making false statements without something to backup your claim, because i can assure you that you're wrong.

Hi there, 1. I can see UltraUnix has its contact number listed under the FAQ section. 2. I did a reverse IP and found that they are actually hosting a number of clients on their server. And I don't get a point for you to give a bad remarks on their services. UltraUnixNET: I think you should update your WHOIS information. You are a Malaysia company, am I right? How come your domain WHOIS information shows the following information: Registrant: Lew, Andrew (ULTRAUNIX3-DOM) 3/37 Matheson Road Applecross Perth, WA 6153 AU Domain Name: ULTRAUNIX.NET Administrative Contact, Technical Contact: Lew, Andrew (UMJOLUEZSI) aalew@IPRIMUS.COM.AU 3/37 Matheson Road Applecross Perth, WA 6153 AU 08-93645587 fax: 08-93645056 Thanks.

Posted by wheimeng, 09-19-2003, 10:21 AM
Well, that is one of our partner's contact info.

Posted by hostB, 09-30-2003, 10:00 AM
How did you get Malaysia out of that . AU = Australia. . Perth is the city of the state Western Australia (WA), 6153 is the postcode, and AU is the country code for Australia. . Oh yes... And "IPRIMUS.COM.AU" is a ISP in Australia. Well, that's just to fill you in for the future.

In ultraunix.net site, you can see the pricing in malaysian ringgit.

Posted by centrahost, 10-20-2003, 03:06 PM
Please update to English 2.0. When you finish that, come back and aplogize to UltraUnix for the ridiculous and unsupported comments in your post.

Posted by wheimeng, 10-20-2003, 07:00 PM
Well, I couldn't be bothered by these bombardment, too many of them. Thanks for backing me up dude

Posted by wheimeng, 10-20-2003, 07:50 PM
I can't see what you were trying to imply, I will clarify just to make things clear.

Posted by NeonHQ, 10-21-2003, 01:34 PM
I guess hostB didnt know why a previous poster said UltraUnixNET is a Malaysian company or so. He did a whois which shows Australia. So i just trying to let him know how the previous poster derive Malaysia which is the currency you used in your site. But all this is off topic anyway.

Posted by wheimeng, 10-21-2003, 06:32 PM
As mentioned, he is one of our partners contact info, nothing specific.
