What are some of your sites so we can try them?
Also i see their site is loading fine and their live support is online maybe try to contact them?

My dedi is online (in Sago, 207.0.0.0 space).

Their website seems to load fine.
Have you asked them by email/phone if there is a problem?
Did you contact your ISP to see if they have a problem?
