can i set how many mail sent per hour ?

Hi, i have a shopmall want to send membe-mail to their members, ( i musu emphasize those are not spam) but we worry the huge mails may been banned directly. i want to ask if anyway that i can set it send out about 500 one mails per hour, i think it will be more safe, or can you give me any suggestion ? thanx

Are you using a control panel like cpanel, plesk?

If you have root access to the server, you can set in WHM --> Tweak settings

Hi, i know the option, is it possible i can set particular mailbox? or it i set via the feature, and the member-mails over the setting, then general registering or ordering mails may be delay. thanx

If you are using the csf firewall then there is an option "RT_LOCALRELAY_LIMIT" which can limits the amount of the emails sent locally.

I Agree, making use of the mailman software would be a best bet.
