if you check their forum you will find how much they care for their clients. great support and did not face any critical problems with them.
i have set accounts and moved some domains in their unix servers without any problems but uptill now i did not move any windows site so maybe some one using windows server may help you more with his opinion.
any way i trust them and hope it always gets better with them without getting down with their support when they grow.
