There are some good tutorials on how-to-forge as well as many others. You'd be best to do a bit of googling and reading than post here. For the most part, installing vmware is just running a script, xen takes a bit more planning and configuring. I think Hypervm is insecure and should be avoided, but the project is going opensource, so it might be one to go back to if they ever sort it out.

now the control panel i have no idea. Google google and good luck. =)

PS: I've not personally verified all the contents of the above articles. But, from my experience, the procedure does make sense.
