Mine has been down since 4:00 AM Sunday morning, and is still down. This quite literally going to run into some big money and reputation issues for me and my company, internationally. I will be pulling my server down there and going to a dedicated server. I do not understand how a company as reputable as them could have any issue that could take 30+ hours to fix, and counting.

well, it seems that they are going downhill. Many sites are having problems for quit a few days now

Hello, I don't think they are going downhill... problems happen, and the more nodes you have the more minor problems you will get, and the more customers will be affected. Your server had a problem, they fixed it... they could do it quicker but, maybe the issue wasn't as easy as we all think. If you check their forum, I see a normal operation, and also my vps with them is as strong as the first day!. Greetings.
