How does everyone handle customer support? How do you handle support when you go on vacation?

There are a few support services.. although I haven't found one that truely seems worth it (IMHO). Try to search on these forums for "outsourced support"

No vacations in this business. What do you think this is? A rest home? (j/k of course) Either leave it to the employees or take a laptop with you and be prepared to have a very angry significant other.

Well with me being the only employee I guess I would end up firing myself for not doing my job while I was away.
