My First Experience with United hosting

Ive been with them for about 1 week now and their service is A* first class
helpful,polite,and just wonderful all round and their deal and package is great!
and they also have an Excellent Support forum!
if ur looking for them..then go for these guys...im sure they wont let u down

I'm very happy with my current webhosts (HTTPme.COM & AddAction.net & RippleHost.com yes I'm addicted to webhosting is that pathetic or what?) but if I were to look for a new webhost you and Voxtreme would be at the top of my list.
Your reseller accounts are very competitively priced I like the 5GB/50GB for $39/mo.
Keep up the great work and the praises will continue to flow in.
Just don't tell Aussie Bob (our cult leader) that I was seen promoting another webhost, otherwise I won't get a chance to drive his yacht around

this is what happened so far
1- i had some problems getting my Domain name which i registered with ukreg to bring it on their server...I got a help with it within minutes..good thing aswell there is phone support aswell...so they managed to sort that out..they even offered to go on to our UKreg control panel and sort it out for us..they did that well and fine
2- Next day for some strange reason i cud not acces my database...i emailed them..within minutes they replied...i still had a few problem..the good thing is they never give up..unlike some companies who says "refer to the manual" or some lame excuse these guys took it right to the end...and solved the problem
3- Imj working on some PHP./mysql scripts..cud not work out how to do something....i posted on their forum..within minutes i got a reply from one of their staff..the first time it did not work.but unlike others they did not give up......and give me the excuse of "something is wrong ur end" or "refer to the manual" they actually helped me!!! which was Great....i dont know of one single host That ive come across that helps u with programming issues
they have support forum...emails are answered quickly within mins or usually maximum i waited in 15 mins.....and they also have phone support which ive used..for urgent issues
seriously give them a go!
im sure u wont be disapointed!
