McAfee on Win Server has taken over!

Guys, this is ridiculous. On a Windows server, VirusScan Enterprise suddenly started blocking e-mails from web sites. I check and find the "prevent mass mailing worms from sending e-mails". OK, i edit the rule and add php-cgi.exe to the list. After some time, when of course we have lost some clients' e-mails, it reverts to blocking php... Then I disable the rule and again after some time it reverts to block... This is on going, I have stopped access protection for the time being till I find out how to convince it that it has to keep the settings I setup!!!!! Has ayone run into this lately? Maybe it's a messed up update from McAfee? S.

Hi have you rung them via telephone - mcafee? They are pretty good on the phone with support - Ive had a similar issue but with NOD32. I highly recommend NOD32 for windows servers if your thinking of changing AV providers. NOD32 has been through my own tests - FUD exe's.
