Sharing full group access to 3 sites/users

i have 3 sites/users that all need to be able to access each other with complete read/write/exec access Site1 Site2 and Site3 what's the best way to do this without screwing up all the premissions and access to my currently active sites. I need advice from someone who is a pro at this and not just guessing at what premissions to set. I'm assume i need to create a MasterGrp and invite all 3 sites then set/change permissions on all three sites. Also all new files created would need to have the masterGrp set as the group automatically I've already had to restore twice after receiving bad advice on another forum.

The answer looks so trivial... Unix "group" designed to solve problems exactly like your's. You need just 2 things: 1. create 3 users belong to one group user1:group, user2:group user3:group 2. set defaul user's umask to 002 (or so) to allow group members full access to files which will created by users Is this not work for you?

of course its easy in theory, but actually getting it to work is a nightmare. you can really screw up a site if you set the work settings especially when you -r all files and folders. i just need a 100% this is what is needed to be typed example. I can't go off of a theory or searching the net and piecing together commands that my or may not work
