Why not start using the search function of the site? No doubt most, or all, of the questions you may wish to pose have already been asked and answered here (and elsewhere) many times over. There is precious new under the sun.

obtain the packages for this.
another thing, i recommend you get the caching-nameserver.i386 package from the centos repo, this package will include preconfigured and ready made templates for your zone files + roothints .
and go there.
[root@server bind-9.3.4]# pwd
/usr/share/doc/bind-9.3.4
[root@server bind-9.3.4]#
