Tweak amount of php process spawn-fcgi

Hi, Where do I find the file to tweak spawn-fcgi process. I look in lighttpd.conf and php.ini I couldn't find any. I use lighttpd. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

Are you letting lighttpd spawn the cgi processes, or using the separate spawn-fcgi tool to launch them? If your using the external spawn-fgci tool, you set then environmental variable PHP_FCGI_CHILDREN in the script that launches the tool.
