Question on mail systems

A friend of mind asked me to ask this since he doesn't have an account here. He asked me to ask: What webmail programs do you prefer, and please could you also say why you choose that particular webmail system. & if you say other, please say what you use and maybe give a URL. Thanks.

Hi, Yeah, he said he'd register when he settles down. His parents just sold their house and are looking for somewhere to live, they sold it to solve debts and now they're looking for a cheap house so he doesn't have the net.
