my site on vps did not response

from 12 site hosting on my vps
2 of them can access well
and 10 of them cant be access
sample of can be access is www.zorg-directory.com
sample of cant be access is www.zorg-links.com
i have check dns,ip, all is on the right seting
ping ip address 65.60.46.14
im just confused what happen to this vps.
i just use this vps three days.
anybody have this kind of experience
someone told me to restart name service.
what is the connection between name service and what cause name service stop working

i get the same result too, but aquarius say their server is ok
when i or u can try ping the ip address they go well<---- ip ok
