I'd go with 40$ phpmanager... seems to integrate w alot of services and I've seen a bunch of scripts made to help automate it made going around for free.

Don't know whether it fits your budget, but Ubersmith does that. It integrates billing and customer service support ticketing system together. Hope this helps

Go with phpManager!

Yeah, it is well priced currently for v1.1.1 at $50 for the FULL package, remember this gives 1 year free upgrades, tech support among other niggly features you prolly wont need. But basically it is currently worth its money, maybe when it goes to like $60 or $70, maybe even $80 - only then will I start recommending other scripts (Cause then you're seeing costs of other scripts*** but they even may have more features) But also, phpManager is EXTREMELY rigid, and it is very hard to make flexability with it such as other ones, like ModernBill, etc. etc. etc. *** this isn't true facts, its presumption-not fact

I like modern bill - but can I justify the $179?

I could, if you want a professional billing system that you don't have to worry about. We love it, and in this industry you have to pay to play. -Steven

Hi, phpManager will not be raised in price anymore. The scripts range from $30 to $70 (full with install) and I believe that this is a very reasonable price for a client management script aimed at the new hosting company (although we do have some older companies that swear by us ) We will soon be releasing a hosted solution, but I can't give anymore details regarding this on this post. Just like to mention, the phpManager scripts are not encrypted as with the other scripts. You get 99% of the source code to modify as you see fit to suit your needs. I know MB has tier 2 which is unencrypted as well, but this is $250 (or something like that) which is not really aimed at the niche market we aim for. Out of interest, why do people compare us to MB We may both be offering a client management script, but that is where the similarity ends. MB is more for the experienced host (hence the price) and if someone wanted advanced accounting features, I would recommend them over phpManager. Our scripts only offer basic accounting features as it was not designed for this. It was designed to help the new company get started in the hosting business, hence our slogan - Jumpstart your hosting company today!!! Regards, Locutus

Why not just get a control panel like H Sphere? It has billing and support integrated, generates sign up pages for you as well as allowing easy lookups and customer integration.
