Posted by howain, 07-22-2002, 06:45 PM
i have paid EARhost for a reseller account. after 3 days waiting, no confirmation email or login information and my card was charged. no reply mail from sales or customer service and no money back this morning i get the email from MChost that all EARhost account are transferred to them and they provide support services for it. i just want to say thank you for MChost setting up my account today even when i was not one of the customers that got transferred because my account was not even yet set up. but MChost honor their offer and give me the space on the server. a big thank you and may you not go down like EARhost

cough* Worldcom Enron Yes, mchost is a good company but they can suffer the same fate as every other "good company" that's fallen before them. We all can. We all must keep our cashflows positive and debt levels manageable [we have no debt btw]. We all play the cashflow game of business.

Im sorry I was unclear with my post, thanks for correcting me AussieBob, I meant to say that they are an established company and it would be less likely for them to go down in the blink of an eye as did EARhost

Nice to see another one of those "rare" threads that is started by someone giving praise for a company !!
