24/7 support? Really?
Posted by stodge, 07-25-2002, 06:27 PM | How many resellers find themselves giving 24/7 support? I don't just mean how many offer it, as I'm sure everyone does, but how many of you find yourself up at 4am fixing a problem for a customer (that isn't 5 timezones away)?
How many hours do you usually spend giving support like this?
