Where did hostonce go?

Just the other day I noticed my webmail wasn't working. Checked my website and it was down. Went to the Hostonce.com website, nothing, address not found error. Anyone know what is going on here? I just want to get my files and get out from hostonce, but I can't even do that.

Hrmm sites down for me also. Per their whois 9515 3977 thats their phone number. They are in austalia.

Can't reach their site or their DNS servers.
Google has the last cache of the website appearing on Aug 17, 2008 19:10:40 GMT
A traceroute to their DNS server (DNS1.OURDNSINFO.COM) goes as far as:
64.79.48.3 AS13733
COL-NC-705A web-gw-4.carolina.net.
Not sure what datacenter they were located in, but perhaps you can plead to that facility for access to your data. Good luck and start looking for your off-site hosting back-ups.

There's a few people who have spoken to the new owners (or something to that effect) and were told that they'd get to it when they had time. I suspect that means 'just enough time for our clientbase to leave'.

Cant help to find the hosts name funny in this bad situation.. you truly host only once with them.
Best advise; if you have a backup move on to another good host; there are plenty around, which want you as a customer more as once.
