http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showth...473#post345473 The only positive thing I can say is when my accounts were on Interland, their pipe is big and fast (same for dialtone). Interlands customer service and recent rate raising caused plenty of problems. here's the text of an email they just sent out: Dear Valued Customer, There are great things happening at Dialtone Internet and for our customers. We are proud to announce that Dialtone Internet has been acquired by Interland, Inc. The benefit to you is access to an even broader range of products and services that can enhance your online business. Please rest assured that your service, products, and overall customer experience will remain unchanged – without service interruptions. In fact, Dialtone’s current products and services will remain available for purchase. And, your account will continue to be serviced and supported by the same Dialtone team you’ve come to depend on. We will continue to keep you apprised of developments and enhancements as we combine the operations of Interland and Dialtone. Where administrative changes are made – such as your billing process - we’ll keep you well informed in advance of any modifications. Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, Interland (www.interland.com) is the largest provider of business-class Web hosting services focused exclusively on meeting the needs of small and medium businesses.
