i have dedicated server
so what is the functions that can be print on the php.ini
to prevent the server from sengig mails ???????
as my server does not sending mails from scripts and fourms

Quite simply, add: to the php.ini. I guess this is what you were asking?

sendmail_path = /bin/false
It couldn't hurt. But really if you are having a problem with PHP security, I would suggest addressing the problem directly, because if there is a compromised script, depending on the exploit, they will be able to find a way to sent mail in no time. There will never be any adequate solution to an exploited script, except for fixing the exploited script so it can no longer be exploited to begin with.
