Limit BW/Speed

Is there a way that you can limit the speed a domain can use? For instance, if i wanted to limit xdomain.com to only being able to use 1Mbps. The server is running cPanel on CentOS 5. Cheers.

It's possible with iproute2 when xdomain.com has dedicated ip address.

You could try something like mod_bandwidth for Apache: http://www.cohprog.com/v3/bandwidth/doc-en.html
