This type of reselling is very appealing to me and would like to hear your thoughts. I currently co-locate a couple of servers and plan on moving my clients from my servers to reselling. I should have done that from the get go, since I tend to make my real money in web design anyway. Any help here would be really appreciated.

(they use one of those popup live chat things, which always seems to have a person at the other end)

They did me a huge favor today by spending alot of time installing Ikonboard on my site,
they also had my account up in minutes.
I will post from time to time letting this board know if they keep doing the same good job.

However, If you rather would just resell space, I can suggest looking at olm.net / olmnetworks.net .
I started out as a reseller for them and it was a good experience. Not the cheapest but good support and performance.
