hostpc.com down?

We use these guys to host our helpdesk application only but it's pretty important that it's up and running. As of at least 20 minutes ago, our helpdesk domain is down, DNS not working, site not working, control panel (by IP) is gone, hostpc.com is not coming up either.. Anyone else use them and know what's going on?

Seems to be going up and down, it came back for a minute but now it's gone again.

Our datacenter is experiencing routing issues with it's providers at NTT and Level 3. They're working on the issue as fast as possible. All our staff is on hand in our live chat - and updating our sister site www.hostpc.info with the latest announcements from the datacenter. Thank you for your patience.
