Secure Cgi ! Help !

Hi all , i have problem in cgi . attackers run dangerous script with cgi .. How i can secure cgi or disable cgi access ... i disable cgi-access with cpanel but attacker can Enable it with .htaccess Please Help Me ............ ( (

The first question you should ask, is how are hackers able to write to your .htaccess file? That is your main problem. If you are having outside malicious users writing stuff into your .htaccess file, then allowing or disallow cgi access is the least of your problems. Alternatively, look into setting AllowOverride to None (assuming that you are using Apache). http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/mod...#allowoverride
