To All Revecom Users!

Heyas all!! If you use Revecom to process your sales, and you have recurring charges set for a certain client, How do you guys go about charging extra for the client if the client should decide to upgrade his/her hosting account??? You get the client to fill in all the information again??? It would be so troublesome for the client to fill in the info again in order to be billed extra for little things if they ask for more bandwidth or extra diskspace for a certain month only!! Any thoughts on how to solve that certain problem???

That is bascially the problem with revecom and the third party billers in general. While you can adjust the amount of the plan, it would affect *all* users on that plan. The one way this could work, and it is ugly, is to create a package for every person that signs up. Yeah ugly. It would work though, just that you'd have to have them sign up for a customized payment link, so to speak. Ugly, time consuming, makes clients wait to sign up, another thing for you to do, etc.

Use the TPP-Pro account. You have to ask specifically for the information but basically it allows you to create a form that will send the required field values to Revecom and the customer is taken there to fill out the cc info. There are even field values to create re-current billing info.
