I have 15 resold accounts with ***** , till now they are doing pretty well. A freind of mine warned me about this company. Any info before I resell more accounts? Thanks.

The little bottom on the top, called "search" would probably be helpful for you (note, enter "*****", or "*****" for the keyword). Seriously, there have been tons of discussion about ***** in this forum ... All you need to do is just search for the old discussions ... and yes, do avoid ***** ... cheers,

From what I've heard, ***** have improved. That said, you will probably be able to get a better deal from another hosting company.

so many reasons: a) tech support does not exist for you or customers b) the hotline for resellers is never answered or always busy c) the accounting department is a joke. They are always behind, for example, they were billing me for ten accounts when I had over 75 accounts, they were 6 shut down my accounts and they caught up on their accounts, we had to shell ouyt over $4,0000 in one shot, not very professional d) I challenge you to call their tech support and see how long you are on hold e) they take forever to make changes to domains, such as MX records f) you wait weeks for a response to trouble tickets g) they change services over night, for example, one day RealAudio servers were free, then they cost $10 a month, my customers were pissed, then they were free like 3 weeks later again...it was a nightmare this is ALL from personal experience....
