Hei I am moving my clients from first server to second one, now I would like to know is there a way to move all cPanel settings too ( apache stuff, reseller lists +++ ) ? Yes or now ? If yes, how ? Thanks a lot.

There should be an option to "copy multiple accounts from a server" somewhere towards the bottom of your WHM. I believe if SSH is running on port 22 on the first server, the copy feature should work for what you're trying to do.

Most of the changes made to Apache (timeout, keep alive, etc.) and cPanel (tweak settings, plans, etc.) are not copied over to a new server during account transfers, but you can copy the cPanel configuration files over with the following directory: /var/cpanel/ For the Apache configuration I would suggest you just look at on the old server and copy & paste any changes to the new server, as a new httpd.conf would have been generated after you are done transferring the accounts over... and always, make sure you have a backup of any directory / file you are overwriting from the old server. cp -Rp /var/cpanel /var/cpanel.bak
