Coldmedia.co.uk hasas been down for 3 or 4 days. Not only my accounts there, but their website and trouble ticket system and email accounts are all down.

Their site seems to be up for me.
Your IP may have been blocked by their firewall.. Their contact details are..
I can't seem to find a phone number - but the above may help.

no i havnt been able to access them either thurs/friday,back up today and no reply yet to my emails,perhaps the boss is away for a few days rest and will reply on monday,seems very excessive downtime,hopefully we will get an explanation

i have the same problem, i cannot access my own website or theirs, i have emailed them at that email orien posted so hopefully they will reply. tis a pain tho, does this happen often????

My account with coldmedia is dead since some time June 19. Their website has been inaccessible since then except for a some time yesterday. I thought they might have some problems and trying to recover but if this was the case they would at least make some contact with their clients apologizing or giving some info about the outage and possible recovery. I have not had any contact, hence I can only think they are definitely out of business.
But perhaps "they" is not correct since in the 11 months I have had an account with them I have not had contact with anyone else than "Alex Wells, managing director". So if it actually is a one man company, one can think of a myriad reasons why it might be down. Either he is running away or he's had some serious problems and no backup plans. It sounds completely absurd to me that he is doing upgrades while leaving his servers dead for 4 days and his clients in the dark...

Alex (the owner) has an account on WHT with the username coldmedia. Might be worth sending him a PM if you are unsure what's going on.

It seems he is not running away... my mail at coldmedianet@gmail.com (which I found here) has been replied quite soon, saying they had some problems but that sites should be back up by now. Actually two domains that I had there and have not transfered elsewhere are up again.

I just came online to pay my invoice, but noticed the homepage was down, but oddly, all the sites I have hosted with them are absolutely fine, no problems at all
Im just backing up everything incase, but I cant even remember the last downtime ive had with them. Seems strange that some people cant access their websites.
