cant ping vlan encapsulted wit 802.1q, pls help!!!

ARP type: ARPA, ARP Timeout 04:00:00
this is the sh int of that interface
i need to ping the ip .1 and .2
but i am unable to do so, please help me

Are both the switch and the host configured to use 802.1q as by default some Cisco switches do not auto negotiate and use ISL.
What OS is the host running and have you configured support for 802.1q?
