Mails landing in Junk folder

I recently signed up with a new host with CPanel and my emails are landing in junk folder of gmail/yahoo/hotmail id's. I contacted my host support and they added a SPF record. But this problem still persists. The record was added 2 days back. What are the different formats of SPF record? Which one is used by majority of hosts?

Also make sure reverse DNS is set correctly for the IP.
