HOW DO I FIX THIS?????? :angry::angry::angry:

I've emailed them and no response, I've talked to my hsot but they charge a installation fee when I know how to install it. the problem is when I go to http://speedgator.net/phplive i get this message: Error: Please make sure you put in the correct URL path.
(example: http://speedgator.net/phplive/web/) I have tried various ways to try and fix it. I'm stuck! Please help me solve this. I've tried google and got no luck. I've even tried deleting and updating databases. I can still acess the fodler where I can change my setup password but when i fill in all fields it tells me that all of them MUST be filled in when they are???? Please I hope someone can help as this is a 90.00 script alone and I'd hate to see money go to waste on installing it again.

If login is successful, near the top of the page you should see your Operator Login URL. The format of the url should be something like http://speedgator.net/phplive/web/ where is your admin username.
If nothing works, then simply reinstall from scratch. Just drop the phplive database and delete the uploaded phplive files, then start again.
