hi I have a problem w whm/cpanel and my server. Im starting to use private/pub keys for ssh access, so far i can access the server via ssh w the key (ive disabled pass access in sshd_conf) but when i want to copy accounts from this server (the one w ssh key) trough the whm interface to another who hasnt key it doesnt work... am i missing something? thanks.

Hello , Go to the server which haven't ssh key then go to manage ssh keys , add your private (which you use to access the first server) , then go to (Copy multiple accounts/packages from another server) and fill in the ip and port then you will see your key their and you can make access . regards

Or you can do this manually by adding your SSH public key to the file /root/.ssh/authorized_keys

that did work but the time for checking the key and the fetch account process its extremely slow and appears a message that the ssh session expired, it retries again but same mssg. How can i solve that?
