If you really want to disable logging (not recommended) open your Apache configuration file at /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf and find the following line: LogLevel warn Change that too: LogLevel emerg Since you are raising the LogLevel to emerg (the highest), only the most serious errors will be recorded. If you don't want to go that extreme, you could lower it to LowLevel Crit which will also significantly lower the error logs. Now, assuming you are referring to the Apache access logs that are getting too big in size, login to WHM, click on Tweak Settings, scroll down to "Stats and Logs" and check "Delete each domain's access logs after stats run". This will do just as it says, and prevent log files from getting too big in size which can sometimes cause problems with Apache.

I am not sure if you are trying to get rid of the logs altogether. It is recommended not to go for disabling the backup. If space is the issue then go for log rotate.
