Crucial Web Hosting Down

One of my servers there not responding and the crucialwebhosting.com is down too. Is this related to Planet?

Yes, they are hosted at The Planet and it's safe to assume they are affected by the ongoing outage due to the electrical fire. (No servers have been damaged, in case you haven't read that yet.)

crucialwebhosting.com and crucialwebhost.com is the same company. If you do a whois on crucialwebhosting, it will refer you to crucialwebhost and the ns server is also with crucialwebhost.com Their main site is hosted at ThePlanet and both downed now but I thought all clients should be at SoftLayer according to their introduction???? mine one is on SL....
