Need help from whose good at Zend Framework

Is anyone here who uses Zend Framework and is good at it? I need help with an issue I am having.
I am new to Zend Framework, but i would very much like to start using it for my future projects, so i started to follow these video tutorials from here:

These tutorials were written for Zend Framework v1.8 (I can't find any tutorials for the latest frameworks, so I settled for this).
So far, the tutorials has been excellent, i have learnt alot. Currently, I am on the part learning about Zend_Acl.
First, let me show you the error I have so far:
I am not sure what to make of this, I have been following the tutorial word for word.
Let me show you what I have on my script so far (not allot):
Bootstrap.php
models/LibraryAcl.php
plugins/AccessCheck.php
My Zend Framework Project is called "HelloWorld" and it is accessible on my local server (XAMPP on Windows) via this URL:
http://helloworld.local/
As you've already guessed, I have a controller called "book" and it has 4 actions (list, add, edit, delete).
According to the tutorial, when i vist this portion of the url:
http://helloworld.local/book/edit
I am supposed to be re-directed to the login page, but instead, i see that error i posted above.
Can someone please help? What have I done wrong? From the tutorial's perspective, this looks right... but somehow, it's not working as intended.
